For most card lovers, they basically spend their time on the road, and life and work are inseparable from driving.

As one of the most indispensable parts of a truck, tires are a top priority. Their quality directly affects driving safety, driving time, driving distance, etc.

As the saying goes, you get what you pay for, but when it comes to truck tires, fit is also very important. There are two main types of truck tires: wire tires and tubeless tires.

Steel tires are also radial tires, which are what we call inner tube tires. Radial tires are a structural form of tires, commonly known as "steel tires".

It can be divided into three types according to different materials: all-steel radial tires, steel wire radial tires and all-fiber radial tires. T

he international code for radial tires is "R". Because its carcass structure is different from bias tires, some countries call it radial tires, X tires, etc.

Steel wire tires have a reasonable structure and have superior performance than bias tires.

They have many excellent features: good wear resistance and puncture resistance;

good cushioning performance, low driving temperature; good stability and safety performance, high mileage and economic benefits;

Tubeless tires are what we call tubeless. The weight is further reduced. Replacing the entire set of tires with tubeless tires can save hundreds of pounds.

The traveling resistance of tubeless tires is smaller and can save 3% of fuel. The reduction in driving weight and fuel consumption is additional profit for truck drivers.

Wear-resistant, vacuum tires are more wear-resistant than ordinary pneumatic tires, and have better dynamic balance performance,

which can also improve driving comfort, so they are more suitable for long-distance, high-speed and long-term driving.

The dead weight is reduced and the fuel consumption is reduced. Good heat dissipation and long service life.

Vacuum tires do not have inner tubes and buffer belts, which effectively reduces the friction heat generated between the inner tube and the tire cavity.

The air inside is in direct contact with the rim, and heat can also be directly dissipated through the rim, so that the tire temperature will not be too high, which can reduce punctures and extend the service life of the tire.

 It can maintain better driving stability and smaller friction, which is beneficial to shock absorption and increased vehicle speed.

The positioning of the belt speed layer is high, the radial runout of the wheel is small, and the resistance is small.

No matter which type of tire is used, it has its own advantages and disadvantages, and you still need to choose the tire that best suits you based on your applicable site, cargo carried, etc.

Good luck to the truck drivers.
