This used dump truck has undergone rigorous inspection and maintenance to ensure that it can operate efficiently and stably at work. Here are some key components typically found in a used Howo 371 truck head:
1. Engine: The Howo 371 is powered by a Sinotruk 371 horsepower engine, which provides the necessary power for heavy-duty operations. The engine is completely repaired, only the cylinder block and camshaft are old, and the other parts are all brand new. Replace the four matching parts (cylinder barrel, piston, large and small bearings), starter, generator, air conditioning compressor, oil pump, oil pump, oil pan, oil radiator, injector, turbocharger, tensioner, belt, power steering pump, water pump, air pump, engine intercooler, engine water tank, air conditioning cooling, clutch replaced with a brand new flywheel, pressure plate, clutch plate.
2. Gearbox: The gearbox is completely disassembled and inspected, and all damaged gears and other accessories are replaced. The shift cover, shift cylinder, air pipe, new oil, front and rear oil seals are replaced. The quality standard is the same as a new gearbox.
3. Chassis: The chassis is the vehicle's frame, designed to support the weight of the cargo and provide durability. The frame is sandblasted to remove rust and epoxy sprayed to prevent rust. New air circuit, new wires, and new 165A batteries. All kinds of valves, dryers, etc., are replaced with new ones. Replace the tie rod cover. The power steering pump (steering machine) and the air circuit pipes of the whole vehicle are brand new, and the wires of the whole vehicle are brand new, with the same quality standard as a new one.

5. Suspension System: This includes front and rear axles, leaf springs, and shock absorbers to provide a smooth ride and stability.
